MEET YOUR COACH

Paul Rabic

My fitness journey began in my youth with sports, followed by a phase of traditional 'bro splits'. I regrettably neglected leg day. However, my perspective transformed when I learned about the 10 components of fitness: endurance, strength, speed, power, stamina, flexibility, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.

This exploration taught me that true fitness and health are about achieving balance and proficiency across all of these elements. Over the past decade, I've dedicated myself to the fitness industry, focusing on functional fitness, corrective exercises, and sports performance. Currently, I'm training with Team USA for Bobsled, with the goal of competing in the 2026 Winter Olympics.

Crafting workout programs is a responsibility I take seriously. Your physical performance and well-being are direct reflections of my efforts. Every week, I meticulously design exceptional programming, because your success in achieving a well-rounded fitness regimen is a personal mission for me.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No, warm-ups are not included. Every individual is unique and requires a different variety of movements. However, I do post my warm-ups frequently on social media. Follow me on IG @paulrabic for ideas.

  • In order to achieve the best results from these training programs, it is recommended to take your nutrition and recovery protocols just as seriously as your training. The 23 hours you spend outside of the gym are just important. If you need extra guidance, join my transformation challenge!

  • You can join anytime you want and there is no long-term commitment. There is a 7-day free trial and you can email to cancel your membership at any time before your free trial is up if you do not want to be charged. If you do become a member and decide to cancel, you may do so at any time with no cancelation fee.

  • For Aesthetics, Power Endurance, and Olympic Weightlignt, access to regular gym equipment is recommended (ie. barbells, plates, dumbbells, rower, bike, pull-up bar, kettlebells etc.)

    However, for the Dummbells Only you only need Dumbbells of various weights and no equipment is needed for the bodyweight plan.

  • None! These workouts are designed and capable for all fitness levels! Each workout has scaling options and coaching notes to meet you at your current fitness level. I’m only 1 message away if you have questions as you go to. The current members are an even spread from beginners to advanced.

  • The PR Training App is an online group program. You're completing the same workouts as everyone around the world so if you're looking for more individual/custom coaching, that is offered separately here. You can reach out anytime to ask questions but if you're confident reading workouts, you will have everything you need including video examples! You can also sign up for the transformation challenges for free being a member.

  • The Aesthetics track uses the best hypertrophy practices to have you looking sexy.

    The Dumbbells Only is designed to get you lean and break a sweat with minimal equipment.

    The Olympic weightlifting plan follows well-thought-out progressions to break through strength plateaus and prevent injury.

    The Bodyweight plan is to get you moving every day if you don't have time for the gym or get intimidated.

    The Power Endurance plan will increase strength, power output, endurance, and core strength/stability. This program is properly balanced to develop a hybrid athlete. One who can do it all.

  • No, the PR Power Endurance is a hybrid training plan with a mix of weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning. If you come from a CrossFit background, there will be some similar elements but the main goal is to gain control of your strength and pacing. There are NOT highly technical movements like gymnastics.
