PR Power Endurance
Hybrid Athlete Training
This is one of the only true hybrid athlete training plans on the market. Each day is a new, challenging, fun combination of strength and conditioning workouts. The goal is to increase strength, power, speed, and endurance and your body composition will improve too as a result of your hard work. Coaching notes, scaling options, and exercise demos are all included. With each training cycle focusing on different lifting techniques, you will never get bored! If you're a performance-driven athlete, this plan is for you.

Look Good Naked Training :)
This is by far the most popular training plan on The PR App. Why? Because who doesn't want to look good? You might want to lose 10 lbs, but at the end of the day, you really want to just look good. You will focus on the 5 functional movement patterns (squat, press, pull, hinge, & carry) every day. Research has shown that full-body training splits significantly improve body composition over traditional body part splits. If you're new to the gym there are over 200 exercise demo videos to help you. Change the way you look and build confidence.

Paul Rabic
After playing sports growing up, my fitness journey started with the typical bro splits and never training legs. (Idiot..) From there I discovered the 10 components of fitness (endurance, strength, speed, power, stamina, flexibility, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy). I learned that being "fit" or "healthy" isn't about mastering one component, it's about mastering them all. I have now spent the past 6 years in the fitness industry with a primary focus on functional fitness and now train with Team USA for Boblsed in hopes of the 2026 Olympics.
It’s a huge responsibility programming workouts. Your performance and your body are a reflection of my work. I put everything into each week of programming to make sure it is undeniably great and I take your success personally.

Are warm-ups included?
No, warm-ups are not included. Every individual is unique and requires a different variety of movements. However, I do post my warm-ups frequently on social media. Follow me on IG for ideas.
What's the commitment?
You can join anytime you want and there is no long-term commitment. There is a 7-day free trial and you can reach out to cancel your membership at any time before your free trial is up if you do not want to be charged. If you do become a member and decide to cancel, you may do so at any time with no cancelation fee.
Is this CrossFit?
No, PR Aesthetics is a traditional fitness program and PR Olympic Weightlifting is a strength plan. PR Power Endurance is a hybrid training plan with a mix of weight training, running, and metabolic conditioning. If you're coming from a CrossFit background, there will be some similar elements but the main goal is to gain control of your strength and pacing.
What is Power Endurance?
Strength is the ability to generate force. Power is the rate that force is applied. Endurance is the ability to use that force/power efficiently for long periods of time. If you want to lift heavier weights you need more strength but if you want to use that strength for performances outside of lifting weights you need endurance. Power Endurance is your ability to sustain sub-maximal effort at a high intensity for the duration of your goal. In other words, move fast, lift heavy, and look good naked.
What skill level is required?
None! These workouts are designed and capable for all fitness levels! Each workout has scaling options and coaching notes. In the PR Power Endurance program, running workouts have beginner/advanced versions so you can build your endurance over time based on your initial skill level.
How to get the best results?
In order to achieve the best results from these training programs, it is recommended to take your nutrition and recovery protocols just as seriously as your training. The 23 hours you spend outside of the gym are just important. If you need guidance, I offer 1-on-1 nutrition coaching for individuals.
How much coaching will I get?
The PR Training App is an online group program. You're completing the same workouts as everyone around the world so if you're looking for more individual/custom coaching, that is offered separately here. You can reach out anytime to ask questions but if you're confident reading workouts, you will have everything you need including video examples.
What are the goals of each plan?
The aesthetics track uses the best hypertrophy practices to have you looking you sexy. The olympic lifting plan follows well-thought-out progressions to break through strength plateaus and prevent injury. The Power Endurance will increase strength, power output, running ability, endurance, and core strength/stability. This program is properly balanced to develop a hybrid athlete. One who can do it all.
